Mistburry Collision is a fictional auto body centre: this website was created by Progi.com to demonstrate three technologies now offered to shops. The first is ProgiSync, a calendar solution used to manage estimate appointments, that also allows repair facilities to offer online booking directly on their website.
The second is ProgiLog, a repair management solution used to update clients on their repair's progress: vehicle owners and insurance adjusters can view follow up, pictures and comments on the repair on their online file, which can be integrated into the repair centre's website.
The third is ProgiSync Feedback, an online survey solution that helps shop gather feedback from their customers and target areas to improve on client satisfaction.
